Aina Matas

Aina Matas graduated in Biochemistry at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) and she holds a Master’s degree on Immunology Research from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM). During this period she stayed in the Laboratory of Fundamental Biology and Health Sciences (UIB) as an internship student.

Aina is the actual General Manager of Plàstica. She began to work with Dr. Llull’s company three years ago as a Clinical Trial Coordinator participating in several projects: biomaterials tissue engineering (Renevia) and development of new medical devices, among others.

She is an expert on recollection, management and storage of clinical data for clinical trials applications. Specially, Aina holds expertise on training and use of advanced image processing technologies such as Crisalix and MicroQ.
